Endive is a leaf vegetable. It contains Vitamins and mineral and also fiber. And also endive contains lot of water.

This vegetable is rich of fiber and it has ability to remove poisonous things from our body. And help to our digestive system to work properly. 

Endive is a vegetable with low calorie, so this food is better if you want to decrease your weight.

You can eat endive raw or cooked. It's very good for salads. If you can eat it fresh, it's better.

Onions can be used in almost every type of food, including cooked foods and fresh salads and as a spicy garnish.

Onions may be beneficial for women, who has the risk for osteoporosis.

Onions contain Vitamin B, selenium, sulphur, fiber and more vitamins and minerals.

39. Parsnip

Parsnip contains Vitamin B, Potassium, Vitamin E, fiber and minerals.

Parsnip may help to prevent cancer. It also gives fair skin and protect the skin from sunlight.

To protect the nutrients of parsnip, it's better to keep in refrigerator.

Parsnips can be boiled, roasted or used in stews, soups and casseroles.
