Cabbage is popular green vegetable. This is good vegetable for our growth and health.

Cabbage is  a low calorie food and excellent source of vitamin C.

Cabbage will gives you healthy and strong hair and nails. And also bright skin.

You can prepare it as a curry. Or you add cabbage to soup or stew.
