Avocadoes contain a phytosterol, beta-sitosterol that lowers cholesterol, inhibits the formation of plaque on artery walls, and inhibits the growth of cancer cells. vocadoes contain an array of powerful phytochemicals, including glutathione, that fight cancer and heart disease.
