43. Broccoli

Broccoli is also a form of cabbage. It is very delicious and nutritious vegetable.

Broccoli contains Vitamin B, beta-carotene, Vitamin C, Calcium, iron, Vitamin E, zinc mainly. 

Broccoli helps to, increase the immunization in the body and get bright skin. 
And also it contains anti-cancer compounds. It gives protection from cancer.  Broccoli contains calcium, so it helps to prevent osteoporosis.
